But then you get to a meeting, like he explained, and the guy who's supposed to be the one in charge sounds like he have no real concept of what an effective military operation is, then you start to ask question, like he did and got in trouble. Keep in mind you are away from everyone you know, and you already heard stories about people who decided to leave. So now they drop you off miles outside a "military objective". You and your fellow mercenaries are scheduled to attack. When u get the Intel briefing the objective is a village protected by few young people, and older retired people who are farmers dont want anything to do with the war but will defend their land. But their village is located at a key hill top that provides a strategic advantage to the people you are working for. Now your orders are to go attack and capture or kill anyone against those plans What would you do at that point? See, you need to put yourself in those boots to make judgement. Off course he has to be concerned about his safety. And clearly have to be afraid. He could not go to anyone in Russia to report what was happening. Why he would be in jail?
