I lost my mom two weeks ago to ovarian cancer. We had 6 weeks with her from her diagnosis till her passing. This was one song she loved to sing. When I close my eyes I can see her at the front row in church singing this song. I know she's wearing her crown. Love you mom.

Praise God! This would make an amazing communion hymn. Last night it really hit me how amazing it is that God, in the person of Jesus offers himself to us through the Eucharist to such unworthy vessels as ourselves (sinners). We are however sactified and made holy (set apart) through baptism to receive Him. I sang this often as a child in a church that believed communion only symbolic of Jesus. We practiced it only once every 13 weeks. We can humbly recive Jesus and be living sanctuaries because Jesus is living and risen indeed!

I lost my mom two weeks ago to ovarian cancer. We had 6 weeks with her from her diagnosis till her passing. This was one song she loved to sing. When I close my eyes I can see her at the front row in church singing this song. I know she's wearing her crown. Love you mom.

Praise God! This would make an amazing communion hymn. Last night it really hit me how amazing it is that God, in the person of Jesus offers himself to us through the Eucharist to such unworthy vessels as ourselves (sinners). We are however sactified and made holy (set apart) through baptism to receive Him. I sang this often as a child in a church that believed communion only symbolic of Jesus. We practiced it only once every 13 weeks. We can humbly recive Jesus and be living sanctuaries because Jesus is living and risen indeed!
We sang this song in church on Sunday @ the youth mass. I think it’s a beautiful song for these trying times. It gives hope for all who are suffering in Israel.
