Welcome 738Max, but removing ife system are such a huge set back to MH, SQ installing flatbed in their narrow aircraft meanwhile we removing IFE… however, I still hope our national courier could fly high again!
I have a high hope on capt izham, yes, it's bit lack because we always compare ourself with neighbours, but i also see rise of demand which a few full service airlines also offering the same cabin like mh do on their b737-8. I don't know maybe me myself not in to the aviation trend or not familiar with the move they are progressing now.
I don't think the IFEs are coming back. And I don't think they should. Simply because MH is currently not in a financial position to incorporate top of the range cabin hardware and to constantly upgrade it at SIA and Emirates levels. I personally work on 737 and A320 cabin products and I can confirm that it is way harder and less simple than most people think. I'm sure this was very carefully thought of before being implemented since Qantas and Etihad are doing this too. And knowing MH never had the best IFE hardware, I would prefer using my iPad to stream on MH studio than have to deal with IFE malfunctions (actually happened to me twice on 2 separate MH flights).

You know what's is in MH bloodline from generation to generation? It's the whole amazing team of Malaysia Airlines Cabin Crew as Representative and Ambassador for the whole world to see. 🤗✨🇲🇾 Nothing match with MAS cabin crew , ever
However recently some of the crew have not been as warm as the attendants of the 90s. Please bring it back. Also why don't you allow hijabis? They represent muslim women from Msia !

This must be the only airline promo that I have seen that shows a crowded cabin. Like many I like the nostalgic airline theme but not convinced the rather claustrophobic feel of parts of the video will sell seats

MH, stop play safe. 1) Stop Domestic flight . 2)invest more to go to more long haul international destination. Bring back America , Europe and Africa destination. 3) get more widebodies. Leave narrow bodies (737) to fireflyz for domestic.
It looks weird but actually I can see this being the better option in the coming years. MH doesn't have the best IFE hardware and I actually think it's smarter to bring your own iPad or iPhone and use MH Studio than potentially MH having to spend money on having to constantly maintain and upgrade the IFE on short flights which is actually not good for any airline in the 2020s. I worked on narrow body cabin products and I can see this actually being a smart move by MH since this will also mean better weight savings and reduced fuel costs meaning that ticket prices are unlikely to go upon routes flown by the MAX. It's just like when iPhone 7 first came out and everyone complained about how there no headphone jacks but you don't see anyone talk about it these days.
Really bad experience using @malaysiaairlines flight from bkk to cgk. One of our luggage's is gone not only us but peoples from another country too . Really poor! So how's your responsibilty to us hah!??
Really bad experience with Malaysian airline, put in a refund 26 January called in at least 30 time still haven’t received refund for cancellation. 10 times escalated refund from customer services , Worst service from Malaysian airline, I’ll tell everyone in my circle and everyone else not to use Malaysian airline.
