'Get into that feeling' feel the excitement in yr whole body. Feel it shiver with true joy, that deep sense of achievement 'I made it!' or 'OMG! This is great!'. If u can associate this bodily tingling with the mental picture, u become irresistible to the very thing you want. I only start affirming when I'm already in that state of pure joy and smiling, when I'm feeling it in my body.
Doing this really does work. Most important thing I've learned about this, is to keep visualizing something new, or better, while being grateful of what you've accomplished. You will reach your goal, but if you don't continue doing what got you there, you can end up where you started. It is ok to have a completely different vision. So so true. Lat crypto bull run I visualized a 100k portfolio and guess what?… I hit it. Then… greed worked against me and I didn’t sell. Lost most of it. I’m realizing that it wasn’t a loss. I guess I’m a natural 😊 there are times in the day where I can literally sit by myself and put my phone away and visualize for an hour or so just using my imagination. I’ve always been that way since being a kid, it’s calming for me honestly. One can influence what is being pulled into their reality, by choosing what frequencies they surround themselves with and ultimately what frequency they vibrate on.
The human can percept frequencies in many different ways (see = vidualize, hear = imagination, feel = emotional frequencies). The energy we send out, will get back to us.

You can't manifest nothing without the support of the system.
You are not a god nor cannot create matter due to your limited dna strand.
'Get into that feeling' feel the excitement in yr whole body. Feel it shiver with true joy, that deep sense of achievement 'I made it!' or 'OMG! This is great!'. If u can associate this bodily tingling with the mental picture, u become irresistible to the very thing you want. I only start affirming when I'm already in that state of pure joy and smiling, when I'm feeling it in my body.
Doing this really does work. Most important thing I've learned about this, is to keep visualizing something new, or better, while being grateful of what you've accomplished. You will reach your goal, but if you don't continue doing what got you there, you can end up where you started. It is ok to have a completely different vision. You may change, or different things may become more important to you. Keep moving forward and bringing those visions to life!

Loved this video, but how do you fight evil -- like what went on in Maui 2 weeks ago? Isn't it your hatred of evil that raises you to action? You are trained, literally from the first moment you're on the mat, to visualize your opponent/aggressor as you target your techniques. It brings incredible focus and control.

I’ve always been that way since being a kid, it’s calming for me honestly. Ik it’s far fetched but I actually really do have memories from that age but they are few and then the memories increase with the years. I have good photographic memory as well, I’m 35 and for me memories seem to increase. I do have a thirst for knowledge depending on what I’m vibing to or peaks my interest any given time 🙂

We already control our reality… every decision you make dictates your perception of reality… there is many ways to explain reality, but my go to is (a thing that is actually experienced or seen, especially when it’s grim or problematic.)
We do it by default regardless where we know it or not our life is literally what we make it.
Very important note. For those that have difficulty visualizing. Visualization is made more vivid by adding MORE than just sight. You can hear the voice of Jimmy Fallon interviewing you on your latest movie. You can smell the New Car smell of the Lambo you just bought for cash. You can FEEL yourself counting tons $100 💵 bills. Taste the luxury of delicious food or wine at a party held in your honor and hear the clinking of the wine glasses. The more senses you can incorporate into your visualization the better.
Lastly, people forget Visualization is legitimately a SKILL that can be improved like any other. Just like you will not play a concerto on your 1st day learning to play the piano but with consistent effort 4-5 years from now actually playing the concerto becomes possible.
