What prompts you to PTA over conq? - Trying to understand runes and builds more. I never know when to change from basic stride/conq

You mean Lethal Tempo?
It's good on Sett cause of his double autos and his q reset making him stack it very fast, and because he hae double autos he makes very good use of it (also if you didn't know, sett right punch has further range, so lethal tempo range plus that makes securing a kill a bit easier)
Conqueror is still good for damage so it's just preference, but attack speed on Sett is very nice
You normally go Stridebreaker or Goredrinker on Sett no matter what just cause, well no other Mythic really works for him.

Tryndamere heals a not small amount from his q, especially since he maxes it first, so cutting that takes a bit of priority

I just played 50 minutes sett top games .. with this build And I got 57 kill 27 death 18 assist and I got pentakill with oneshotted haymaker 3000k true dmg and I lose
