I practiced about 2-3 days a week ( usually alternating between shot disc and jav ) for about an hour a day. The national lead i was 14 in 8th grade. The 2023 season just began and I’m gonna try and get another post up soon
I really enjoy these progression videos. With your technical improvements, I wouldn't be surprised if you throw 200 feet this summer.
