Really miss the old videos from your office, they seemed more "real" and more funny, which really helped make them more watchable... Please, we need a few "office visits"!! There are lots of very informative videos on the internet, but not many like you have done in the past-- it made them special!

I have a failed disc at L5 S1 and have had 2 decompression surgeries. Thanks to covid my MRI scan to decide if fusion is the next step has been postponed. I have a tens machine and it works wonders to ease the constant lower back pain. Love the channel guys, keep up the good work

The Zynex unit is worth mentioning. It has 3 modes (IFC, TENS and NMES). I have been using the IFC mode for neuropathy pain and numbness from a recent ACL repair. I love it! My girlfriend broke her tailbone snowboarding 2 years ago and also loves it. We used this placement.

    >50 Hz increases concentration of endorphins and methionine-enkephalin in cerebrospinal fluid of human subjects.
< 50 Hz increases release of serotonin, which produces analgesia through 5-HT2A and 5-HT3 serotonin receptors in spinal cord.
I use both, under 50 Hz, and over 50 Hz to get the full range of analgesia .

Shouldn’t you not cross the spinal cord with 2 1 channel pads? Rather keep green on one side up and down and yellow on the other side up and down. I wouldn’t cross them, no need to mess with the spinal cord
