Hi, I´ve got the same problem with my C3....
Did you manage to fix the issue?
For me it helped a bit if I press the power button right after putting the cable in (turn on).
It charges to 4,08V if I do that.

Yes, I turn on the minimum modes, it charges more, 4.1 if you turn on the second mode by almost 4.2
