@Reshma Takhar sare ke sare steps kar dale the, ram nikal ke rubber se saaf kiya, cpu ki pin nikali, monitor ki pin nikali, aur jo nahi nikalne bola tha vo bhi nikala aur sab vapas lagaya.

That's why I prefer laptop rather than desktop, I've 2 laptop & a desktop. Facing same problem.. the cpu of my desktop starts & stops running 20-30 times(frequently) in a minute, resulting I've came here to get a solution😮

Green aur black pin short karke smps fan 4-5 sec chalta hai aur band ho jata hai. magar motherboard main pin lagane ke baad fan chalta rehta hai lekin display main kuch nahi ata. dvd writer bhi on hota hai lekin screen black hee rehti hai

Few days ago I decided to clean my PC, so I used a blower (I turned off the power and I also didn't touch any equipment, I didn't unplug any wire from GPU, CPU, mainboard etc...) after I finished with the cleaning I came to turn my PC on but it went off right after I turned it on... so I decided to test few things, like I detached the RAMs and changed their places and I also switched the power outlet (instead of using multi outlet I connected PC straight to the outlet) so the thing happened was that PC stayed on for a longer time (few more seconds) but it still went off and turned on again by itself... it's more like a restart loop... rn I connected the monitor but I don't have a screen at all not even mainboard logo and literally black screen...
Same problem to my PC, it's due to power supply issue that's I confirmed now I am working on power supply to repair.
