- Hello and welcome to today’s You Tube Episode. On today’s sewing adventure I am sharing my most recent makes. It has been a while since I shared me makes on a clip like this and there are a few garments that I wanted to share in detail. Some of these garments were made using gifted Aurifil threads. I love the black cardigan you made. Always a fan of basic black for staples but oh my gosh the Pigeon Wishes buttons elevates it to a class of it's own. Brilliant!

I absolutely love your Everyday Dress. That print is so magical and beautiful. I'm also so impressed with your pattern matching on the Agnes Shirt. Such a great way to use that fabric. Lots of lovely makes!

All such beautiful makes, the top stitching on the jeans and the quilting show such skill, not a wobble on sight! I loved the flower lady fabric when you showed us last time but it looks even more stunning made up, I love the way it seems like just flowers until you look closely. Wonderful episode, thankyou ❤

Wow, Amelia all your makes are first class. The jeans are wonderful & I really enjoyed the colour scheme of your quilt. It’s not easy to visualise how so many variables in a piece like this will come together. You nailed it ❤👏👏

They all look beautiful, but those jeans are amazing! I especially love the combination of the bright top stitching, button, and pocket linings.

Beautiful makes! What was challenging about the quilting pattern? I have made a few quilt tops and lots of blocks but haven’t completed a quilt. I have practiced on smaller items and did the binding and free motion. Just wondering so I can be aware. Everything is just amazing! It’s nice to make a few really. Ice items over 3 months, I am into slow sewing with quality fabrics and making what I will wear for a long time. These items will get a lot of use!
Thank you for your comment. I think the size of the quilt was a challenge as it was my biggest yet. I also found the piecing layout took a lot of concentration for me. But it was still fun and as I said it was a good learning process. I am super pleased with all these makes and you are right it is good to take it slowly and make things well and things that will get used. These will defiantly get used!
