Mashallah ... I just love this home😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 Inshallah I too live in this kind of house.. or in the same house 😋 Lot's of love for this home, from India...😘😘
This house is quality. Regarding the heating/cooling in the master, is this something more houses are doing now a days given the issue w dust and dust particles/poor air quality that comes with a vent system?
Hi Miljan - Yes, really a well-built home. I wish my client had purchased this one. I think more people are using mini-split systems not so much due to the fact that forced air furnaces and the related ducting systems can spread particles throughout the home, but rather, because: 1) I believe they are more energy-efficient, 2) more localized control of cooling, and 3) more convenient to install if there is not existing ducting in the home. I could be wrong about #3, but that is my understanding. Check out the resources below, too. Here are some great resources that would provide more context and hopefully answer your questions: - Heating: drive.google.com/file/d/14r8fTQEC_AEGd3193o0W4NlQkkRB0pyE/view?usp=sharing - Cooling: drive.google.com/file/d/1yzsdCfwnANFULE7mku9xupaKhILllKoM/view?usp=sharing
Hard to say, that’s not my expertise, but $150 - 400 sqft is a fair range. So for a 3200 sqft home like this, I’d guess $600,000 in materials? Probably more now as the cost of building materials has substantially increased during covid (supply chain issues).
I love how seattle homes are always built with large glass windows allowing the outside to be part of the home too.
Yeah it’s definitely nice when they are built that way. We need all the daylight we can get!
That’s a gorgeous home 10/10!
Sure is!
Super looking house and how cool to meet the builder!
Yeah it was near that he just so happened to be the next door neighbor and also arriving home when I was there for my tour haha
exceptional video Luke Salaiz. I killed the thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the brilliant work.
Thank you very much - appreciate you watching. Cheers from eastern WA state.

Can we get the plans for the house??
I don’t have them, sorry! Not my project.
How much will it cost to build something similar without the cost of land
