Can the tweeter be adjusted in all directions (U, D, L, R) or just L, R ?

I just installed the R5800wii's in my house. I left the paper backed fiberglass insulation in the just compressed it with the back of the speaker. Is that the correct way to install when there is insulation in the wall? If you run to speakers on a channel for these specific Klipsch models is it better to wire in series or parallel? Assume my amp is safe at 4ohms.
I'm just about to install them and wondering about the same. How is the sound with the insulation left in? Thanks!
