    See how to tie his rig, why he uses bigger pellets, and which hookbaits make the difference on a freezing cold day.

    Effective, it works, but fiddly I suppose could be used on waggler or pole set up as well

    Great method only thing is it's fiddly so me personally would use a light open end feeder

    rod and line cant beat it.

    Why not use GURU feeder, unstead unclipping your line all time to feed?.

      ideal for winter less bait plus better presentation i think

    I think its because he is demonstrating the 'Pellet Cone' rather than the feeder!

    This is ok but what super Steve doesn't tell you is that every time you load up with a pellet cone, you have to detach your hook length, pull it through the cone and attach it again...every time!
    The only other possible way is to make the cone shape, remove the plastic and pull the hook through the pellets..but you risk the cone falling apart.
    He uses a yellow boilie because it looks like sweetcorn, so why not use sweetcorn and save expense?

      thats why u have quick links it only takes 10 seconds lol

    • @CB-xr1eg
      @CB-xr1eg Před 7 lety

      Think you'll find it takes longer, especially in winter with cold fingers.

      You have 2 hooklinks so ones ready to put on when you reel in

      I've been putting the empty cone over the hook then squeeze the pellet in and pull off the cone. Works fine and saves unclipping ur hooklength. 👍

      @@keithdavies79 I'll give that a try on Thursday.👍
