Hey Georgina, if you do go off your antidepressants do it really carefully and slowly. Doctors can advise you to lower the dose too fast. 20 years ago I came off them and I was only on 10mcg, and I took 2 months to come off that. I did it by titration.

You should knit a Christmas themed cardigan. Burgundy red, forest green etc.. your hands might be too cold to make one in winter. If you do one in summertime it’s always nice to be prepared 😊
