- I used various devices to accompany it, e.g. a Pocket Operator K.O and a Pocket Operator Factory, a Korg NTS-1 (for reverb) and the Bastl Kastle Drum.
The Mixer is the "Bestie" by Bastl - the new edition of the "dude" mixer that I've enjoyed using so far. The Bestie has a very powerful feedback function that can also be heard in the first clip.
I'm just starting to get to know the Bastl Softpop2, I'm not very familiar with modular synthesizers yet - but it's incredibly fun and the sounds are really heavy. i love it!

man, this stuff is so fuckin cool to me, but i have no idea how it works. are you taking samples of music, and then modifying it with the instruments in the video? i mean, surely they're not creating the sounds to begin with, right? i want to get into this kind of music creation, but its so intimidating because i know so little 😔 and the little turntable that you use in some of your other videos is awesome.
i guess where i get confused is with modular synths in particular, but electronic music as a whole is a pretty big mystery to me lol
only the drums are sampled and are provided by the po 33 sampler (the device with the stickers, on the left) - but every primitive drummachine or smartphone with a sampler app could do this. all other devices create sound on their own

the best bang for your buck is atm the Koala Sampler, for nearly everything. you can make all the drums etc with it. for the Hardware synth, there is not really a substitute for that :/
vcv Rack is a great digital solution to get your head into modular synths and its free to check out on the PC.
for a beginner the bastl kastle is a nice thingie, but for "real" Sound, you may need a bigger/more versatile machine like the softpop 2 in this video.

i was for many many years a bad smoker, got badly cancer and now puff on vapes (without nicotine) cuz i am still kinda addicted to it but try to lay it down. still vaping weed as a medical Patient. making a few clouds on video just became a little thing because i dont understand anything about video fx and this stuff and this makes sometimes a nice look, in my opinion. dont have room for a fog machine.
@@derbymachtsachenbetter ignore that kind of comments. There is always some kind of haters/crazy ppl around who trying to insult somehow without any real reason. I'm also receiving sometimes. The one I liked the most was something like: "Who don't have talent buying ton of FX pedals".

jepp. Ich mag die Optik von zugeballerten sp404s, da hab ich mir n paar 100 dämliche sticker für paar Euro geholt.
Empfehlung: hol dir schöne sticker und so ein exacto (bastel) Skalpell, diese Teile die aussehen wie ein Stift mit wechselbarer, unfassbar scharfer, Klinge.
Das Teil ohne pocket Operator drin bekleben und dann von der Unterseite die pads ausstechen/schneiden. Das geht relativ gut und durch das kleben sind die sticker, halbwegs, unter Spannung. Für sticker die sich am Rand aufrollen und durch die kanten nerven hab ich auch schon ne Empfehlung: ich halbieren nen Streifen Tesa und baller das ringsrum an die Seiten, so rollen sich die sticker nicht auf und man bleibt nicht mit den fingern dauernd an sich aufrollenden sticker hängen ;)
