What about when you've already lost the first number you used when registering for NIN

If you've done this before you lost the number, then it won't have matter cause you'd still be able to access the app just fine

What if you are just opening the app for the first time and you have lost access to the primary NIN number

You'll get OTP from the alternative number once the number has been successfully added to your NIN PROFILE and you choose to login using the alternative number option

@@DONSIA Your content is very quality simple and very explanatory. The reason is because I want to do a police clearance. On the website, upon putting my NIN number it brought out my details including primary number. It kept sending OTP the primary which I don't have access to again. If I log in using the alternative number, will I be able to get OTP on the alternative? Thanks for the patience and reply.

Yes, if you login using the alternative number by clicking "don't have acesss to this number" which is your primary number, then another sets of number will show (that's if it's been added before) but if not (it'd be blank). So you won't have any other means to login to the app aside the primary number. But if you get a secondary number listed for you when you clicked on the I don't have access to this number, then you will still be able to to access to your profile
