No. The main roads and rail are as good as anywhere. Ditto the best hotels, restaurants, etc. It is when you leave the main developed parts, etc. that you move back a century. I really feel that Morocco is two countries right now. I hope that 1. the prosperity trickles down and 2. that the education system lifts the next generation and allows them to share in the bright future that I see in Morocco.
