I can't say for sure if the 3utools system will be able to detect it, but it is possible that the flex that attaches to the battery will be detected by some systems.

Just resetting battery health does nothing to improve battery performance, you need to use a new battery and transfer over the bms to really fix the battery performance.
This is not how this programmer and tag on flex are supposed to be used
