It’s not about cc. It’s about engine. Ninja zx4rr top speed is 215kmph. It’s 400cc but has 4 cylinders. Ninja 400 and RS457 is almost same. It’s just that Aprilia engine is newer with better torque and power.

The reason why the ninja 400 couldnt beat the aprilia is very simple. Its the configuration of the engine and aprilia has torque in all low mid and top end as it pulls so hard beyond 170 kph the ninja 400/500 r3 sort of stops accelerating as they dont have the higher torque as compared to aprilia. Still a very good race i think ninja400 can be more close or maybe try with the bs4 version beast of the ninja 400
