I am forced to comment again today immediately after my MO-100 Word 2019 certiport exam. I watched the training videos posted in this channel this morning, and attended the certiport exam in the evening. To my surprise, I got 4 - 5 questions which were same as I watched in these videos and practiced. Happy to say that I passed the test, scoring 975/1000. Thank God for this channel and my successful test.
I failed the exam with a grade of 670 the first time I take it. After a week, I retake the exam and it was the exact same questions on your vidoe. I got 945, and passed. Thank you so much Mike. If anyone is taking the MOS exam I really recommend watching this video. It really helps.

Took the exam on 07/28 and I barely passed with a 700. I work and self explore in Word frequently but I passed the test because I watched this video. While I would have loved to have scored better, this was my first ever proctor test of any kind. I ran out of time and I did not complete the last project nor did get to circle back to check the ones I marked for review BECAUSE I reread the questions multiple times and second guessed myself. If you are embarking on this test, the content here is of tremendous value and accurately depicts the scenarios that you will be scored upon. Do not linger on any question like I did as it most definitely is the difference between pass or fail.
Failed my first exam with a 679. Studied and watched your video , I got an 809. It was not a full Hour & they were having cursor issue's. Great Video's. Learned a lot
This video teaches every skill needed to pass the Word certification exam, I highly recommend it to anybody trying to study right now! I really wish there was content like this for the Access exam I have coming up, I know I would pass if there were study videos like these! :)

I’ve read some comments about watching this video atleast an hour before their exam. I watched it 30 monutes before our exam and I passed the MOS Exam 953/1000. Some of the topics on the exam were not taught through the other learning platform but was taught here. Thank you, Mike!

Hi Mike! Literally just finished my MO-100 exam (first Microsoft exam ever) and passed with 918 out of 1000. Did so much studying but the most helpful was this video, which I've watched a few times. Most everything you covered was on the exam except for reordering the Smart Art numbering, which I figured out after the fact. Many thanks...taking Outlook in an hour and Excel later this afternoon, hoping to be a Specialist by this afternoon!

Mike in your point 9, the way that works for me is by going to normal style and changing my font text by right clicking on normal style, then I go to modify and change the font, finally update normal to match selection and the text of your document will change immediately. This will also change footnotes, endnotes and page numbers font. With ctrl + A you limit it only to the text you selected, but will not change headers, footers, page numbers nor anything hidden.
This seriously helped so much... I failed my word certification last time by ONE ANSWER and now I know at least 5 new ones!! Thank you for doing this!!! ❤️❤️

Mike I watched this video and finished it 30 minutes before I took my Word 2019 associate and I passed perfectly last night-was expecting it to be helpful, but you took it to where it was exactly what was needed-every new task I was like "I've seen this!" lol So made me calm during-I was certified in 2013 and my company required to be updated to 2019, so was fairly familiar with most but this was helpful to refresh my memory on some things I don't touch much. I watch this video twice before taking the Certiport Exam. I made an 861 on the exam. I had to take the exam three times because I was close to passing the exam the first time, then on the second attempt there were errors as I took the exam and Certiport had no idea what was going on, then, I took the exam for the third time and finally passed it. Certiport completely disregarded the complaint of the error, and totally ignored the problem.

I watch this video twice before taking the Certiport Exam. I made an 861 on the exam. I had to take the exam three times because I was close to passing the exam the first time, then on the second attempt there were errors as I took the exam and Certiport had no idea what was going on, then, I took the exam for the third time and finally passed it. Certiport completely disregarded the complaint of the error, and totally ignored the problem.
Was very helpful, I got 222 on my 1st exam now i just got a score of 950
