nice sneaks and vid.... a little tip.... before installing the new bed ... truck bed lined the underside as well as in the bed.... it will prolong the life of it.... also do wheel wells (metal sections only ) and inside the replacement fenders if you have to replace them.... inner fenders also... might as well .. just a thought ...

That's something all car makers should address. like spraying some type of salt protection on the underside to help with the value but also the safety of it's customers.
only in our dreams. Shame that you can't have anything for more then 10 years in the salt belt before it starts rotting out.

They have, called buy new in non salt states lease in salt states
1. Get your vehicle under sprayed with an oil coat like Krown. Avoid Ziebart like the plague.
2. Regularly wash the underside of your vehicle in the winter.
3. Drive a beater in the winter.
4. Don't heat your garage. (Higher ambient temperatures = faster chemical reactions)
I have a 99 Silverado and live in Oklahoma never seen any rust on it
it probably only snows there once a year though?

just bed liner the hole bottom of the truck and keep layering it on each year
I did that on my last truck. really wanted to stay away from it with this one
Ok thought that was just me but yeah the Instagram and CZcams keep floating and your video shakes like there is an outline around the truck
