The fifth edition of the National Family Health Survey (NFHS) indicates that the fertility rate in India is decreasing. According the survey now the fertility rate is 2, which was 2.3 in last NFHS. That means India's population growth is going to be zero.

अगर बच्चों को अच्छा खाना नही दे सकते तो बच्चा पैदा करना बंद करो । देश पर उपकार करने के लिए कोई बच्चे पैदा नही करते। सच बात तो ये है कि हमारे देश मे लोगों के लिए बच्चा पैदा करना आसान काम है और बच्चे संभालने कि जिम्मेदारी से कोई लेनादेना नही है। Indians have right to breed without the responsibility to feed . इस बेफिक्र बर्ताव को भारतीय पुरुषानुनी समाजवाद प्रोत्साहित करता है। देश मे सांप्रदायिकता बढाने मे हिंदुत्ववादीयों के साथ ही समाजवादी भी जिम्मेदार है । इन नेताओंको औरतो कि खुशहालीसे कोई लेनादेना नही है।

लिखा पढ़ी की बातें अलग चीज है लेकिन जब आप यू पी में किसी सरकारी फॉर्म को भरते हैं तो लाखों में बच्चे मिलते हैं इसलिए जनसंख्या नियंत्रण पर एक सख्त कानून की आवश्यकता है।
हिन्दू अपने बच्चों के शिक्षा पर बहुत ध्यान देते है उसके लिए 1 या 2 बच्चे कर रहे है यहीं काम पढ़े लिखे मुस्लिम भी करते है लेकिन जो मुस्लिम मदरसा में पढ़ते है वह बहुत आबादी बढ़ाते है

Mathematics doesnt lie:
Case 1: In 1992 females with TFR of 4.4 can give birth to 44 individuals per 10. Considering the sex ratio of 0.927 from 1991 census out of the 44, ~ 20 would be females.
These 20 females in 2015 (now of reproducing age) with TFR of 2.6 can give birth to 52 individuals. Again as per sex ratio of 2001 out of 52, ~24 would be female.
In another 22 - 23 years (2037-2038) with an average decline of 0.078 per year in TFR it would ~ reach the value of 0.9. Hence, the 24 females from 2015 can give birth to 22 individuals.
Addition in population = 44+52+22=118.
Case 2: In 1992 females with TFR of 3.3 can give birth to 33 individuals per 10. Considering the sex ratio of 0.927 from 1991 census out of the 33, ~ 15 would be females.
These 15 females in 2015 (now of reproducing age) with TFR of 2.1 can give birth to 32 individuals. Again as per sex ratio of 2001 out of 32, ~15 would be female.
In another 22 - 23 years (2037-2038) with an average decline of 0.052 per year in TFR it would ~ reach the value of 1. Hence, the 15 females from 2015 can give birth to 15 individuals.
Addition in population = 33+32+15=80.
As per 1991 census the Indian population percentage had 12% case 1 & 81% case 2. Considering remaining 7% with TFR of the same value as of case 2 (as overall is much similar to case 2) the case 1 population ratio in 2037 would increase from 12% to ~17% while that of case 2 would decline to 76% from 81%.
Even when both cases have TFR of ~1 from 2037, The percentage of overall population share will still be marginaly increasing for case 1 as the addition in population is higher for case 1 by 22 to 15.
TFR for case 1 would have to fall further for a simultaneously same growth among communities so that the population percentage isn't changing. Which is more or less unlikely as proven that

In 2037 itself the TFR will have declined massively as the decline in TFR is increasing more rapidly decadally amongst Muslims.
In this way, Muslims will achieve replacement much faster from today onwards than Hindus have from 20 years back, say.

15 years back my locality was Hindu majority, now it's been dominated by Muslims (nothing against them) and I am sure in coming 5 year there Will be very fewer houses of Hindus. The people I in my locality of my age either have two child or few only have one child. What should I make of this?

population control must be of state specific. BIHAR, UP, Jharkhand and other states are having population growth rate more then national average. Here now we need to make programs specifically dedicated to them.
