I find your battle against a pink tryhard relatable because I thought against a pink tryhard recently for not only killing me, but for destroying my acid products. He mostly ran away in his broomstick and was hiding in the casino later.
Little did he know that I used out of sight to ambush him. And it worked beautifully.

3:18 that's why if ur doing that tactic with the mk2, attack from toreador from behind because the missiles will just make it bounce, but attacking the toreador head on means itll just speed on and it'll hit the ground instead of curving back to the toreador
Hey! I figured something out that’s really cool. When they go to the orb, blow yourself up so they see you die. Then go to any RC vehicle and hide under tree or bushes then tap forward and backwards really quick over and over so on their orb screen they can’t see your in an RC and it looks like you’re on the ground strafing side to side. They will orb you 80% of the time 😂😂

TL;DR the ceo menu doesn't work if someone left in a way that wasn't leaving from the pause menu
I can actually answer why the ceo menu becomes "unavailable". Whenever someone leaves the game through any means other than leaving through the pause menu (crash, close game, dc, etc.), the garbage peer to peer server locks up and prevents multiple things from working. This is also why you'll get stuck in loading screens, going into rcs, the drone, can't enter properties. Probably other things i can't remember. For whatever reason when you select "leave gta online" you're removed immediately, but if you leave any other way, the game can't figure out what to do with you. Not sure why this sometimes takes like 10 minutes 🙄

3:34 he must have taken explosive DMG from the outer ring of the blast. The missile killing the bike transfered your DMG to him, who had ejected. The force of the ground or building he splattered into finished the kill, awarding it to you.
