Joe's Stone Crab is a Miami Beach icon. This video uses interview excerpts from the Miami Beach Visual Memoirs archive to create a video memoir of Joe's and why it has earned its reputation.
The Miami Beach Visual Memoirs project is a partnership of Close-Up Production and the Miami Design Preservation League to document Miami Beach's history through the memories of the people who lived it. The project is funded by a grant from the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority.

I have been going to Joe's just about every year in the winter since 1993 and it truly is a wonderful restaurant,sure its expensive but you cant take it with you folks.

Interesting, apparently they have 400 employees now and were the highest earning restaurant in 2019
