- Balenciaga Hacker Project Camera Bag Review and Gucci Ophidia Mini Bag Comparison and what fits inside my bag? Today we’re looking at the Balenciaga x Gucci Hacker Project Camera Bag. This bag is Balenciaga’s take on the Gucci Ophidia Mini Bag and I think they did a great job joining characteristic of Gucci and Balenciaga into one iconic bag. Luckily I have both the Balenciaga Hacker bag AND the Gucci Ophidia to compare and contrast for you all! This bag easily fits my Gucci x Balenciaga Hacker Project Zipped Card Case, Chanel Lip Balm, Shiseido Blotting Paper, Gum and my iPhone 11 Pro Max! Which if you ask me, is the perfect amount to carry each day.
If you're into channels that include luxury fashion, shopping, luxury unboxings and reveals, luxury travel, and daily vlogs- basically anything that has to do with life and style, then this is the channel for you! What’s so beautiful about the hacker one is the close up of the canvas! Both bags are stunning and it was great seeing how you place items in and what exactly fits. Always shouting out to Zane too, the tennis pro!! Woot! 🎾❤️🌸

I bought the original mini Ophidia bag in 2019. I absolutely love it. I may have mentioned it before but it’s perfect for what I need. I love that it’s small but still fits what I need and it’s so lightweight.🥰

Great review and I love how you made the comparison. I bought the Hacker tote from Balenciaga and zippy card holder from Gucci. I added a D ring to the card holder and attached it to the Hacker tote as a key charm. Perfect match! I have asked the Gucci SA whether the Hacker tote was made from Gucci and visa versa. They confirmed no 😬. So I really appreciate both houses do pay attention to details 😃. Love this collab. New subbie 🤗

I do love this style from Gucci. I had the Ophidia Flora version, but I sold it to Fashionphile and got the Chanel O case. It was a bit too small for me, but I think you carry less so it’s perfect. I love the Hacker version. It’s so creative and will be a collector’s item. It’s great that you snagged it!

obsessed with the hacker version, it looks so functional and hardwearing. I also love that its like same same but different to the GG supreme canvas. I also love the mixture of the suede and the black shiny leather, it's quite interesting but suede bags omg it would FALL apart in Vancouver ahaha
Omg me too!! And I love suede, it’s my favorite material, but makes me nervous to use. Chicago also isn’t a great place for it, especially with wind and snow right now. 😅😅🤣

Me too! I’m glad I didn’t pass on the Ophidia bag! You’re right, the Hacker bag will be harder to get, but I think some of the pieces can still be found! And I might use your justification for another Ophidia bag too!! 😄😄

The suede bag gives me vintage vibes because of the patent leather, i love the hacker version because it stays true to their house so much even down to the strap with all the holes in it. Kinda reminds me of my hourglass bag - the strap on it is so long that when I wear it on the longest setting it touches just below my knee.
You're so right! They're both great bags, I'm so happy that I didn't second-guess myself when buying the Gucci one. And I lol'ed at the thought of the Hourglass strap being so long- I love it!! How do you like your Hourglass bag? I've had one on my wishlist for quite a while now!
@@CalebSnell it’s bold structure makes it feel so professional & put together. The gold B compliments the black leather perfectly. I often wrap the strap around my body twice for an exaggerated look like they did on the runway.

I enjoyed the video and have been watching your channel recently. Not sure why my comment was deleted. I was just commenting that I own the version from the Gucci Men’s line that had the cotton linen lining and it also has the leather in the front pouch. I believe Gucci just doesn’t use the leather in the pouch when using the the microfiber lining. The hackers project uses the Men’s version for most of the design except the horizontal shape. The Men’s has zipper without border and the Marmont logo on bottom and the tonal stitching and it also has the different shape hardware for the strap.

Thanks for the response, I actually learned that mine had the leather in the front pouch because I check after your video. Don’t use it so never noticed. It’s really interesting tho because it looks like they combined two of the Gucci bags to create the hacker one. Taking bits from each.

No shade but the bag just looks Gucci. Is the style of bag a shape balenciaga product? Its cute just thought all the pieces were a logo switch etc.
