Question. I used goat. It came out really good, but the goat was not as tender. How long do u cook the goat in its own juice and how long do u fry? I think I didn’t do it long enough. I can cook beef much better but the goat was a little challenging to figure out since I don’t cook it often.
@@ChaiyahWind613 You need to know if the goat is a younger one or very old, were I live, goat is so tender, you need to cook it well if you think it is hard.
