Know that NO spiritual experience or advancement happens without **kundalini**. Tantra, hatha yoga, bhakti, Jnan, Dhyan yoga etc all the paths directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly awakens kundalini. The fastest paths are those that awakens the energy knowingly. As this is the fastest path so is dangerous. The core teachings of tantra, hatha yoga, eastern baul tradition and kriya yoga does that. But the safest among them is the one that is carefully engineered to be both fast as well as safe. To make it safe, nadis are cleaned first, different pranas in body are controlled, susumna and chakras inside it are activated even before thinking about doing anything with kundalini. There are also few grathis or knots along the path of susumna that work as blockers. Those have to pierced along the way. The safest path opens the knot (brahma granthi) that's just above the kundalini in the very end when all other knots are open and the path from muladhar to ajna is completely clean and active.
Wise words as always from Rajashri ~ deity worship however is not necessary, in my view, although no doubt it may help in maintaining focus, until we ourselves merge in the heart of the deity, at level of Self* (*light in singularity). I’ve found silence and stillness with a void-centric stance to be optimal. Yet, whatever works for anyone is fine. The key takeaway as Rajashri says, is surrender and let the energy (Divine Mother, kundalini) move as She likes. Enjoy!

Few context they missed to set Are we talking about those people who are actually awakened or we are talking about people whose Kundalini is still dormant The awaken and enlightened are two different stories or entities. Every person has kundalini but at relatively very passive stage or can be called dormant stage. Generally any newbie who wants to awaken it from dormant stage is not cake walk. Neither the nature always allows it. Many will try it until years but nothing sort happens. Generally in case of those who happened to awaken it by their own or very little effort or sadhana are those people who did lots of sadhana in their previous lives. So its occurrence of past bedrock of work which actually happened. Many awaken will not be able to find the right Guru because Adhytama is very selfish Path many believe it that its selfless but it’s not the case. No one want to take your responsibility until & unless it’s some sort of beneficial to them or your that good. Sorry but it’s true. If someone found really an amazing Guru then be assured but he or she will test you hell. This not bootcamp or some corporate training programs where you will get certification. Awakening happens gradually there are many methods of shakti pat and mantra sadhna or tantra marg where students are getting their share of awakening. Devtas will help you but how much trust you put on them is your ability & dedication. Shraddha Is the last base of any religion or adhyatama.

Never try these things, nature will test u like anything. You need to be spiritually strong, to do perfect spiritual practices on regular basis with out any fail need lot of determination. Best thing do the chanting of the God , that is the best thing.
When the time is right and the devotee is genuinely in need of a Guru, the Guru will make contact with the devotee on his or her own. You keep praying to God so the God sends you your Guru.
Don't underestimate people who did sadhana, with your limited knowledge. They will only give the knowledge till there is no harm to the people, because there will be people who practice such things with lack of knowledge in anxiety and cause problems by themselves.
