For the bearing spacer, there is about and 1/8th inch difference. What one goes to the front and rear

Every time o see someone with a torq wrench it amazes me that they go over the bolts twice. When you do that you just torqued more. Torque the bolts once a done. Pay attention to what you did.

Shouldnt you check bearing run out with dial caliper, i thought
You have to make sure bearings are up to spacer but not to tight has to have a little play or runout??

Just because the bearing has no gap between it and the internal spacer, doesn't mean they are centered with equal distance between them and the wheel hub edge on boths sides......and if not, when you mount the wheel, fabbing and installing external spacers while trying to keep the rotors centered in the calipers will be quite hellish.

Thanks for uploading but 1 question,
On the inner wheel bearing spacers.
Did you install the rear one? I didn't see you install that on the wheel while you were installing the outer bearings I was watching that inner bearing still on the bench.

I would turn the adapter the other way when instaling number 2 bearing, then you wont get to much presure on outer ring of the bearing when it hit the center tube,,,just an advise

When tightening second bearing against spacer, does the spacer still spin on the inside or will the bearing turn with it.

I would like to know this, as well. So far I haven't seen a single video that mentions it, and it's not clear from the service manuals, either (or I just missed it).

@@RhunDraco I couldn't spin mine. I was wondering if I got ut too tight. I couldn't spin tge bearing with my finger either. After putting the wheel back on it seemed okay. I guess we'll see if it kills me.

@@DarrelllCampbelll I just bought a used stock wheel for my SG to replace the aftermarket one (changing the look, came with chrome wheels, I'm going with a darker scheme) and it came with the bearings and spacer still installed. The bearings spin, but the spacer does not. I am going to replace the bearings before I swap and I'll try see what I come up with on the install. I'll even check measurements on all the parts with a digital caliper just to see what they come out to, I'm curious about the specs and tolerances.

Can I use my stock bearing on a new 23 in wheel?
