Девочки, часто делала такой салат . Надо капусту с морковкой посолить, посладить и немного пожамкать, т. е потереть руками, потом полить лимонным соком и оставить на часок. Капуста станет помягче. Все-таки красная капуста грубее белой Потом уже полить маслом. Я еще добавляла красный перец, так вкуснее.
