This battery packer, not battery cell maker
Technically the title is correct, the use of the word battery is changing (almost has changed) to mean single cell pile, where as it was to mean a mutlipack of cells. But to be fair to the average Joe on the street, distinction between a battery cell and a battery pack is just not understood and therefore the terms will remain interchangeable for the time being. After all, is a flat film battery a single cell or a backage of many? And the answer is..... It depends.

Are these cells are truely LFP or Li-ion ?

There are 2 other ways of building LiFePo4, pouch cells and prismatic cells (which contain pouch too).
The ones in this video are the less interesting cause they got a lower density of energy, too much packaging.
