GRS Arcade Quality without the Arcade Price! - Hry
Excited to put this into my tankstick!! Glen you are keeping us old timers young again with all your products. God bless you!
U deserve nothing less
Been using minipacs for years now and there's never been good competition for it until now. This looks great! Thanks for everything you're doing for the community!
Thank you ☺️ and thank you for the watch 😌
Oh yeah, I'll be picking up one of these to replace 3 of the encoders I'm using now to drive 2-players, plus all my menu buttons. The USB hub will come in handy for the pair of GRS twisty sticks and GRS spinner that I have on the panel as well. It's perfect!
Glen, You are an awesomely dedicated guy. You provide a great product for a great price and I will always support you! Keep killing it with your awesome stuff!
Thank you and hope to always make a product that earns that trust
A true home arcade hero. Constantly providing products to make our lives easier. Stay awesome Glen. 😊
Thank you
Ordered last night. I built my own cabinet using a mini PC with Batocera. Wiring buttons for two players is a nightmare. I have issues with games recognizing my GRS spinner and trackball. Hopefully this solves all of those issues. Fingers crossed. Thanks Glen. Your products are amazing.
Fantastic 😍 I know you will love this one
This is awesome!!
Fantastic device Glen!
I got excited when you said "IRQs" I was hoping for old-school dipswitches for setting the IRQs! That way our soundcard does not conflict with our modem.
Lol I am so old ...no one but us know what an irq is
@@GlensRetroShow That's why I laugh when the kids say they know how to build a computer. What you unboxed it, turned it on, and logged in?
Another excellent product!
Man, that would be insanely useful for the PC cab I'm eventually getting around to putting together. Looking forward to it!
bro, your products are straight
Thank you ..I do it for us...
this looks really nice
Looks great.
Fantastic!
great product man! def gonna buy a few of this for my mods but especially for my starwars cade which already has ur grs flightstick yoke and usb push button spinner!!! btw im waiting for ur sinden gun
I wish it was cheaper shipping to get your products to Canada!
Sorry on that.. if anyone has a suggestion we are open to it
Perfect 👍👌🔥🔥🔥🦾🐲🐲🐲
Killer man this makes my life so much easier in my P.C. mod builds …
Hello Glen. By any chance do you have an eta when this will ship out? I placed an order for this as well as the wiring harness the day it was available for purchase. The website says May but we are now into June. Just wondering when to expect it.
You keep saying "2 joysticks, 12 buttons" but that's 2 joysticks _in total_ and 12 buttons _per player_, right?
Yes.. actually 2 joysticks and 12 usable buttons plus 2 for mode and turbo mode
So to clarify, only 6 playable buttons per player?
So excited for this. Each time I unplug/plug a usb accessory my button configuration gets all messed up.
Is it powered by a separate power adapter? Does it come with one? You show screenshot but don’t mention it. If not, what volt/amp is needed?
Also what are the separate two 4-pin white connections for? The joystick?
Yes it has its own power brick
The extra 4 white pins at this time..unused ..but may be in future
@@GlensRetroShow that’s awesome thank you also for quick response. Ordering now.
Thanks again for creating so many things for retro gaming. I have your spinners, trackball, Tron stick, Star Wars yoke.
All very high quality products. Been able to enjoy many games with friends and family. Truly game changing!
@@franciscopolizzi thank you for your support and trust most of all. It will help making new gaming goodies for us all :)
Do you have an adapter for that pin header?
Hi Glen. Just received my encoder board and harnesses and getting around to installation. Is there any chance that yo may be making a video on how to install it? I'm still fairly new to this and want to make sure that I'm installing the black and reds correctly to my Siemitsu buttons. There are so many of them and I'm assuming it's just a matter of daisy chaining? Am I correct? Thanks so much.
Hi. I currently have the Tron stick, a spinner, a trac ball, 2 joysticks and about 16 led buttons. Would this board be able to handle all that?
💪 🎉
Hi Glen! Love your channel and products. Question. Does this board have separate Devos ID for player 1 and 2? I have given up on my Generic Contol boards keep swapping player 1 and 2 when powering up my PC. I can’t figure out how to stop it. Tried so many mapping apps. If this board eliminates this issue I am golden. Thank you!
That was my question as well. There is a way to do it but I don't have the link handy. Search youtube for stable contoller ID and you'll probably find it. It's a tiny bit complicated so I was looking for a better way too. I think it's mostly with Mame
Have to admit if there's minimal latency this is pretty cool. Estimated cost?
Should be the minimum latency cost and availability coming soon
Any chance it’s usable for consoles? PS4, PS3, Switch? Would be great to have a console compatible board.
It should be seen as a standard device so if device is work on a PC they can go right to a PS3 or switch and it works and theory it should work but hasn't been tested
So would/could the software be used somehow in conjunction with Mame? As mentioned in the comments, windows will reassign ID's after a reboot or unplugging, so whatever you set up in Mame could change. Joystick 1 could now be Joystick 2 and so on. Would the software work to prevent that?
I will look into this now
@@GlensRetroShow were you able to figure it out? Quick question as well. How's it work if someone is running a cabinet with Mame games and multiple controllers? Wouldn't they run into the same issues with Windows remapping the controllers? (I'm just running a custom made arcade stick with multiple controllers with a PC and TV). Mostly with your parts btw!
Will this work with a PS3?
That's a great question.. it's not been tested
@GlensRetroShow reason I ask is most of those cheap controllers work well with the PS3 and I use a four player deck to play the lastest NBA jam with it. Would be awesome if yours worked too.
Cough...cough..."Pacto"...cough...cough
Sorry. This had to be mentioned.
