I used to be a manager for a Dollar General in GA. I didn't plan on being there that long, but I ended up working for the company for several years. If you call the corporate office in Tennessee, tell them the store number ( it's on your receipt ) and tell them to get the manager to order them. Tell them the store is out of them. It might take a couple of weeks, but they will get them back in the store. Or atleast that's the way it should be. They don't want to lose a sell. He probably won't read it, but maybe someone will tell you.

Jase I adore you, My Mama and Daddy loved coconut macaroons, my Dad passed last September and my Mama this past February . No matter where we tried coconut macaroons from including my sister’s homemade ones, she also passed in June of this year, their favorite ones are the ones at Dollar General, and in my experience when you see them get them because they are not on shelf for long….❤

My local Dollar General finally had some Coconut Macaroons in. With this being the 3rd podcast this was brought up on, I had to get some. I got 3 of the six bags, because the unofficial snack of the Unashamed Nation must be shared.

What I enjoy about cooking even when family in the living room and I'm busy cooking is because I enjoy watching them smile and laugh and be as loud as want. It makes me smile. Cooking is my love language.. For me I see Jesus smiling knowing he knows I'm helping them make memories.. Good food laughter and talking crap... Then they come to sit down and eat and their smiling. That makes me smile.. Then after I'll spend time with family.. To me that's where I see God love.. My great grandma was the same way.. Always made more then enough because she fed everyone also.. She would hold church in her home when the pastor was sick or out of town. Every Sunday she have a dinner for the pastor and church... She comes from 3 generation's of Pastors... I remember when a tornado came threw French Port. Everything was tore up.. Except her house.. we said it was because she was a God fearing woman. She taught me recipes. Making bread to grand meal. Hulling peas snapping beans.... I was just a child.. ❤️ When she wasn't cooking cleaning making quilts or watching TV she was in that bible!! She always told me idle hands are the devil playground.. She kept are hands busy even. When relaxing.. I never meet my mom's mom I hear she was the same way.. I get that from her I rather hear music or be outdoors when it's cool.. I really enjoy your Podcasts.. When I first started watching you guys years ago.. I was like hey there funny and their a morals there.

Great podcast. One thing I would change is to give more speaking time to Phil Robertson. He's the patriarch of the family and has great things to say. Just feel he only gets to say a few things every now and then, but then it goes right back to the brothers who speak the majority of the time. Nothing wrong with that. Just would be nice to hear more from Phil, if he wants to speak. Thanks, and God bless.

No way...!! You set the table. Put all the food on the table and everyone ( including the kids ) and you ALL eat together after you say the blessing. I would without before I'd let someone else at my house go hungry. That's the way I was raised. I also was raised to help clean up and wash dishes when you go eat at someone else's home. But if Jesus was coming to my house, I'd want to be at his feet too. I remember going to a women's conference at church. We were asked, who are you... a Mary or a Martha? At that time I would say Martha. We received a glass container that you put oil in. Today it gets dusty. That should give you an idea that I have changed. I'm older and I understand what Jesus meant. I'd rather be a Mary nowdays instead a Martha. 😉😊🙌🙌🙌🙌
