Hello po! Ang advice po saakin during chemo is to eat food that is properly heated up to 75 ` C and to refrain from eating anything that is raw. During chemo po kasi mahina ang immune system natin to fight regular bacteria kaya its better na magingat. Meron din po akong allergies sa shellfish at crabs so during those times talagang strick po ako sa diet.
