    In this video we have shared recipe of very quick & easy to make "Aloo Chana Masala." To make this sabji we have used black chana which you know are very healthy and everyone love potatoes or aloo. This sabji is very simple and you can make it very quickly. You can enjoy this sabji with hot puri or chapati. You will love the combination and we have made with very simple flavors.     TIPS:
    1. Make sure that you roast the spices along with gram flour on low flame to avoid burning.
    2. Serve this dish with chapati or puri.

    BLACK CHANA (BOILED) 1 CUP
    POTATO (BOILED & CUT IN CUBES) 4 NOS.
    ONION 1 NOS.
    CURRY LEAVES 15-20 NOS.
    CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
    GRAM FLOUR/BESAN 1 TBSP
    TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
    RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP
    ROASTED CUMIN POWDER 1/2 TSP
    GARAM MASALA POWDER 1/4 TSP
    CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP
    TAMARIND PULP 5 TBSP
    FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES 2 TBSP
    GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
    OIL 2 TBSP
    SALT TO TASTE
    WATER AS REQUIRED TO PRESSURE COOK THE CHANA (HALF INCH ABOVE THE LEVEL OF CHANA)
