Leverkusen truly won it. Even if Bayern had played a great season, it would have come down to the last few matches. They are deserving champions.
ESPN FC just can't help themselves with their hate agenda against the Bundesliga. Somehow trying to frame this all in a negative way now. In another video they said Leverkusen would be supported so much by the company Bayer that they have the company in their name (which is not true at all). Even your community posts been spouting lowkey negativity with backhanded compliments such as Wirtz allegedly being the ONLY GERMAN player in 30 years to have 15/15 G/A in a single season - which is far from true. Muller alone achieved this feat several times in the 2010s and even during his second prime in one of his 2020s seasons. And others did as well.
Seems like your just finding stuff to get upset about for no reason relax it's just a show calling a hate agenda is a bit of a stretch.
huh? you need to check ur facts Mister. The 50+1 rule in the Bundesliga which prohibites big companies, investors etc. to own more than 50% of the club does not apply for Bayer 04 nor VFL Wolfsburg (Volkswagen) !! The cash from that pharma giant is nothing to be neglected while other clubs struggle with their financials. Thats y they're not really liked in Germany to say the least. Same goes for SAP/Hoffenheim & Red Bull Scheizig!
@@Cookie_Ninja14 Incorrect.
@@Cookie_Ninja14 Are you trying to sound clueless? You are doing great!
THEY PLAY JUST LIKE THE SPAIN NATIONAL TEAM , the short passing, the patience, the tech, the talent, the tactics. LEVERKUSEN ABSOLUTELY DESERVING.
THEY PLAY LIKE A GERMAN TEAM,WITH A GERMAN MENTALITY,WE DONT NEED THAT NONSENSE TIKITAKI FOOTBALL IN GERMANY!
@@weltmeisterbayernmunchen6308😆😆😆😆
Insane L comparison. The hardest L of Ls.
Spain national team is boring. Unnecessary passes. They play nothing like them.
Better fight?? Leverkusen had literally have to be unbeaten. Bayern themselves only lost 5 games thus far and 3 of those been their last 3 games. The Bundesliga title race was decided in those last 3 games. It hasn't been easy for Leverkusen at all. What a way to downplay such a feat of being unbeaten until now. Leverkusen did have many many close and tight games in their Bundesliga campaign that could have gone either way but in the end they always came out on top.
Even if they Bayern win last 3 games they are stilll 7 points behind ! That’s why it’s really an easy run for them !
With the points bayern have, they woul be champions in like 70% of the seasons
First time they lost 5 matches since the last time they lost the league
Being Unbeaten is the part they are referring to. That’s pretty easy if you ask me.
@@neikomccalla2623 No. Makes no sense to say that when Leverkusen did have a number of close games in Bundesliga that could have gone either way. Would be a stupid thing to claim. So yes, you're probably right and ESPN most likely did mean it like that.
Xavier Alonso is better than pep Guardiola.pep Guardiola have never taken a rock bottom teams and guide them to win titles. He always go to super teams with lots of money.
Been saying this he only go to rich big clubs
Shut your big mouth up. Do know who guardiola is ? Attention seeking he-goat.
Messi made Pep a big coach
Come on, many managers have managed big teams and failed. While I agree that Pep has always coached big teams but big teams mean big pressure. Not many can handle it. 2:37
Pep has revolutionized the way teams play with tiki taka. You need quality players to play like that. Most others play direct ball with press and counter. That tactic is as old as football. So for that Pep changed football.
Congrats, well deserved.❤
went unbeaten, such an impressive season! well deserved
that was an amazing feat! wasnt easy... Champions league and bundesliga next year thats gonna be really hard
If they can hold this team together, it will be ding dong with FCB, in coming years. But money will come calling.
It very simple Alonso on leverkusen team or legendary! Congratulations well done.✍🏽
Same werder bremen beat bayern in Munich.
He's doing Alex Ferguson things, thank god he's staying for another season and not doing a Pep. Being overhyped for taking huge teams and winning with no odds to face. Do a Ferguson, take the small teams and beat the odds!!
You dont watch leverkusen they were never a small team. Also Rofles deserves a shout out.
@@Samelamers yes they were, compared to what they've just done they're small. As I mentioned it's to do with the odds you face, he faced some of the biggest odds considering the resources he had compared to what resources he's been facing and he's done it. Unbeaten aswell, not to mention there's a possibility of a treble whilst unbeaten.
@@BadGaming367 They were always competing in Europe though.
@@Samelamers they were always losing in Europe. They've been given runner up medals are participation trophies since the 90s. What they've done this season is way beyond what they've done in the last 30/40 years, so I've no clue what you're talking about? Trying to downplay this.
@@Samelamers
78/79 - Bundesliga 2 Champions
87/88 - Uefa Cup Winner
92/93 - German Cup Winner
01/02 - Herbstmeister (Autumn Champion)
09/10 - Herbstmeister (Autumn Champion)
& Then since 78/79 season they've gotten 30x Participation Trophies (which is nothing btw)
& 3 German Cup Runner Up.
And a couple other runners up.
23/24
*Bundesliga* *Champion* (by multiple games left to play whilst being unbeaten at the time of winning it, something other teams have never done)
23/24 - Herbstmeister (Autumn Champion) whilst going unbeaten
23/24 - A German Cup Runners up minimum possibly Winners.
& 23/24 - A possible Europa League winners whilst being unbeaten.
And you're trying to tell me all that other crappy things they've done over the last 40 years is better? That's small team things they've done in 40 years. This season is unbelievable and against all odds whilst doing it in the best fashion possible.
What an End 5 - 0
"See, Bayer Leverkusen aren't supposed to do that." - Well that's just the entire season summed up in once sentence
Bayern would had good fight if they would have kept their good form after that xmas break till now. Before the break, top of the table, when they came back they were in horrible form and completely lost it. That really hurt and let Leverkusen run away with it. Bayern started dominate then turned average someway somehow
Hope Leverkusen players don't fall prey to Bayern's cunning way of recruitment. Leverkusen not simply won but they stamped their Authority. Congratulations Leverkusen 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Also The EPL cunning way not doing the hard work of recruitment and spending hundreds of million pounds on a player. Chelsea did the same thing with caicedo.
Great by Bayer Leverkusen. I hate ESPN's 'hate everything Bundesliga' but 'Praise everything premier League' Still, shows they feel a threat from the Bundesliga otherwise they would not need to be so bitchy!
Leicester meets Arsenal invincibles (assuming the maintain the unbeaten run)
Perfect summation 🎉
Alonso is much better then Pep I’d like to see Pep take Leverkusen to the bundesliga title. He only join big rich clubs like city or Bayern
This shows if German teams have quality coaches and good players Bayern won't be always running away with the tittle every year.
But it was like this the last 5 years in the Bundesliga. but people just talk smack. Bayern winning does not make the league boring when they fight for it year after year.
@@SamelamersIt does. When it becomes too predictable it becomes less exciting.
@@michaelclarke8367 So that also makes EPL a boring league too. Because you have Man city winning every year.
@Samelamers Well you kinda can say that too. Lol.
Does PL even have a decent team beside ManC? Liverpool gets destroyed 3-0 at home, 2 teams dont even make it out of CL group phase, Brighton loses 4-0, West Ham tries to find mushrooms in their box and camping it in Leverkusen. Arsenal gets barely a 2-2 at home vs Bayern which got destroyed by Bayer04.
Ah yeah PL best league by far right....so hard for all those top clubs that they are too bored to show it international.
Are Kane goals hurting Bayern?
that's a silly question. ofc not. he's saved them really
@@dead_r33d he saved them from winning trophies 😂 The curse is alive!
@@dead_r33dSaved them in what way? They are literally trophy-less this season
@@Hello-wy2px ok, bayern without kane goals, you think the would be better....
@@hansmuller3604 idk maybe take a look at last season. Y’know when they actually won stuff without Kane. Don’t get me wrong I think Tuchel is the biggest fault here for Bayern’s performances. But take a look at Bayern without Kane under Nagelsmann, they were doing fine without Kane. Now take a look at Bayern with Kane this season and tell me when has he ever saved Bayern? Tell me what goals has he scored that were actually significant? Last I remember, remind me if I’m forgetting something, but Kane has had more meaningful misses than he has goals. Such as in the all so important game vs Leverkusen
Still doesn't chage the fact that it's a farmers league 😂
These things happen, remember Leicester won the league once, it’s simply probability.
People that say the ‘best’ team always wins the league aren’t completely off given it’s literally the team with the most points over a season but if you think that the best team period in terms of talent will win the league as a matter of fact then you are simply delusional.
Did Leicester won it playing Europe ? Did Leicester won it with 5 games to go ? Leicester winning the league was a fluke
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌
They had the run like Leicester did in PL. They won’t be dominant next season.
Leicester lost some important players in the off season.
Xabi is staying. If the core remains, plus a few additions they may not dominate but should still do well.
Teams have already started to figure them out, so it's expected that things will be tougher for them.
espn cant help but trash on bundis. first its cuz bayern always win, now, its this.
Now watch them get beat next game
By West Ham? You're delusional like all EPL fans 😂
There are too many farmers leagues, bundesliga, premier league, la liga
Lil boy just listed the 3 best leagues 😂
@@Triple_X_Xall 3 are a shadow of what they used to be
@@russell6075 So what's the best, Serie A?? 😂💀
Ligue 1 is a true farmers league.
So later this week when PSG get eliminated from the UCL by a team from a farmers league, what you gonna say?
He basically pulled a Leicester City in the Bundesliga. I congratulate the man but if he had took the Liverpool job next season, he would have been smoked 🚬 by December. There are only two other teams in the Bundesliga with tractors.
First off you liked your own comment. Secondly many people would disagree if Xabi gets a team with oil money he would be steam rolling the EPL. English Coaching and the way they handle the money is horrific.
@@Samelamers Nope didn't do that, let me go do it now. Liverpool are not down bad maybe a few players need changes but he can't handle this League as he did with the acres of corn. I gave the guy his flowers man but still if Klopp go back and rebuild Dortmund Xabi would dry up like Raneri.
@@beasttitan8747 In your mind maybe.
Because it is easy... Bayern been winning it for 10 years
Play baseball and shut up
Winning the premier league is easy too. City does it all the time nothing soecial 😅
@@lordoflaziness7775 difference is city have actually competition. Lost the league twice over the years also its the other sides that bottle the job. But in Germany and France they does run away with the league and win it by Christmas

Remember Bundesliga fans were mocking the Premier league, calling it a farmers league? Guess we can go back to calling the Bundesliga a farmers League.
Bayern will win it again next year. Wirtz and firmpong are not going stay in leverkusen for too long

One season wonder, next season we will know depth of xabi Alonso and this Bayer leverkusen, Naglesman is returning, bayern will invest heavily this summer, leverkusen will loose lot of its player
All of the stars of the team is confirmed to stay what are you talking about
One season wonders don’t dominate like that, that was purely talent and coaching
Can't decide if this take is smooth-brained or simply braindead.
There always has to be one miserable person hating on something amazing and awesome.
Of course it’s gonna be hard to defend! Its not the easy premier league, City wins that so many times it can’t be that hard 😅
