You gotta try limantour beach south of the point Reyes shoreline it’s perfect calm water and protected from waves since it’s south west facing, super sandy bottom and I always see fat dungeness being pulled

Thinking about taking my son and his buddies fishing in California over Christmas break. I was wondering if you had any recommendations on rockfish/crab snare from shore or jetty. We'll be staying for a couple days and would like to work some productive areas. I will have my kayak along as well. Have only used it in fresh and east coast saltwater (in shore and near shore). Just don't know where to launch for halibut and anything else that's legal right I'm December.

Bro I commercial fished out of Morro Bay for longer than the night your Daddy forgot to stop at the drug store and the best part of you ran down his leg!.;I was four when my Dad sat me on a rock with a pole and a whole jar of pautzkkees premium eggs on the Carson River in Nevada,I had a pool of water behind me where I tossed these bows in and I used every egg in the jar. Dad came back with two trout in a creel from dry fly fishing and when coming out from and coming to me looked in the little pond.and there they were looking like a bait receiver going around in a circle I didn't know about limits!. Anywhere you acted like you were the super atlas of fishing and it rubbed me wrong , i come from a place where friends have white sharks take them to another dimension. I'd love to fish with you from at least a skiff lol to show you are not the man they call king Ling I have that title. Hope you write back Atlas lmao
