This generation needs to learn to know that they are living in better times that offer more options but they lack patience to wait for good things to happen. Easily indulging in drugs will only give you a temporary high but when the drugs have warn off reality sets in. Keep a positive attitude no matter what and know that tomorrow will be better.
Shamim please host a mental health activist or a mental health care provider to address some issues like suicidal thoughts, behavioral disorders,and how they affect peoples lives. Society expects alot from someone struggling with mental health. It was hard to listen to the lady expecting a lot from Grace. Someone struggling with mental issues direct them to a medical doctor first to correct the head before giving them your advise on what to do. Its okay to talk about mental health struggles in our society and its okay to get Help from medical Doctors.
