What I got is from this video:
Step1 : Make thread equal and paste the center with plaster.
Step2: From the other ends tie a knot and leaving some thread front.
Step3: Place the bottom of the flower in center of the gap which was created by knot and tie the bottom of the flower using the other end of the thread like a circle.
Step4 : Sew a flower at center with a needle and put tilak at the center of flower.
