We have to take the base same in brackets which is 3 and powers 6-8 = -2 so 3 raised to power - 2 X 4 as double powers the result will be 3 raised to power - 8 × 3 raised to the power - 4 write base same which is 3 is raised to power - 8 +(-4)
= -8-4
= - 12
So final answer is 3 raised to the -12

By applying a^m ÷ a^n = a^(m-n)
= {(3)^6-8}⁴ × 3^ -4

By applying (a^m)^n = a^mn
