    Q WAS (3^6/3^8)^4 *3^(-4)
    SO AACORDING TO THE 2ND LAW.... THE EXPONNENTS 6 AND 8 WILL BE SUBTRACTED.... SO WE GET
    3^(-2) * 4 (LAW OF EXPONENT)
    WE GET, 3^(-8) *3^(-4) WE GET
    = 3^(-12)

    We have to take the base same in brackets which is 3 and powers 6-8 = -2 so 3 raised to power - 2 X 4 as double powers the result will be 3 raised to power - 8 × 3 raised to the power - 4 write base same which is 3 is raised to power - 8 +(-4)
    = -8-4
    = - 12
    So final answer is 3 raised to the -12

    Explanation :-
    (3⁶ ÷ 3⁸ ) ⁴ x 3^-4
    3^6-8 x 3^-4 law( x^m ÷ x^n = x^m-n)
    (3^-2)^ ⁴ x 3^-4
    3^-2x4 x 3^-4 law ( x^n) ^ m = x^mxn
    3^-8 x 3^-4 law (x^m X x^n ) = x^m+n
    3^-8 -4 = 3^-12

    Sorry I got very late because yesterday was my birthday and during the party I couldn't attend the session
    (3⁶ ÷ 3⁸)⁴ × 3^-4
    By applying a^m ÷ a^n = a^(m-n)
    = {(3)^6-8}⁴ × 3^ -4
    = (3^-2)⁴ × 3^-4
    By applying (a^m)^n = a^mn
    = 3^( -2 × 4) × 3^-4
    = 3^-8 × 3^-4
    By applying a^m × a^n = a^(m + n)
    = 3^ -8 + (-4)
    = 3^ -8-4
    = 3^-12
