I'd never watched game the game but randomly clicked this one. The show is a lot better than I had given it credit for off of the ad spots during critical role. I quite enjoyed this.
I was interested in this game when it came out, and seems a good take on the humour games, but the issue is that like CAH, you'll always choose the most extreme card you have, because why wouldn't you? It's then just a 'who has the most objectively bad cards this round' game!
Yes you choose, but who think each cards as the same value.... Think about it, for a christian, Satan is the most evil thing, but for someone who do not believe he is just an imagination friend.

Most deaths are not reported as such within at least a three or four days. So no, the neighbors usually don't "take care of the dogs"; they generally don't even do a wellness check within two weeks.
I would've played the immortal card on my future self to argue that if you kill yourself you would know you only have 10 more years to live. Now you get to be immortal, may be a turn off for some

Those at the foodbank would be stricken by famine along with everyone else, not helping their situation in the slightest. His mother was set to return anyway, but now dies with the end of days. In damning everyone to certain death he also foregoes the scientific advances that could have been made through communication with a non-human species, a bunch of innocuous teens actually being productive in current year, and a friend regardless of annoying habits. I wonder whether the decision was a metagaming one designed to produce a more fair distribution of death tokens.

In response to the consensual cannibalism. The person is dead in the photo that means they broke the law of the consensual cannibalism. It's legal but you cannot kill the person during the cannibalistic act.

The minifigures are just Kickstarter bonuses. The "building" is a trolley. The Joking Hazard pack is a bonus for the game Joking Hazard, which also features art from the Cyanide and Happiness team.

The movie was based off the fear circulating around parents that Dungeons and Dragons was much more than a card game: it was a life-ruiner. So he played a character in a movie that denounced D&D but...it was a movie..but the clip does exist of him denouncing it in character soooo...
Its probably the Mazes and Monsters thing but honestly for how heavy-handed that movie was in its position on D&D you cant really say oh it was just a role, it was basically a PSA on how terrible it was and he was ok with throwing a tremendous amount of paranoia and hatred at the game and those who played it

There is a variant where every player gets to play a modifier, they are a ton of fun!

But the whole point of the game is argumentation. The cards themselves have no ‘objective badness’ until you argue why.
