As a melee player, weapon weight reduction is a useless attribute because Martial Artist reduces melee weapon weight by 60%. I'm literally carrying more than 100 melee weapons constantly. Your evaluation of these pieces completely ignores that.
That would be a real good point if this was 1: your armor set i can want whatever specific rolls i like 2: I wasent going to keep the perfect rolls with sent or cav and 3: other weapon types exist and I farm so many legendaries I struggle to store them all.
Love my unyielding set of thorn armor with my bloody swing speed vats cost war glaive, one hits almost everything short of bosses.

I have the plans but it doesn't appear at the armor work bench, do i have to complete a mission to be able to craft?

Just keep at it. Honestly it’s still decent even without great rolls. Unyielding assassin and overeaters chameleon. All good first stars.
