This made me smile and tear up at the same time. Music is such a gift to us humans and it is much more beneficial then a lot of people realize. I have been singing in choirs and solos since the age of 4, have been teaching music, directing choirs and will continue to direct, sing and teach till I'm no longer here.

Heard a radio article recently that talked about how music went into the brains of dementia sufferers and they were able to be present while listening to music from their own personal "good old days." This post deserves many more than four or five comments and 20K views. This message needs to get around! Music can heal, cheer, unite, inspire.
