The War in Ukraine has taught us that this 155 mm artillery is one of the most important weapons. There is now a world wide shortage of this as Ukraine has been using thousands every month, yet the US only manufactures about 30,000 artillery heads annually, in the 155 mm spec. This is by far more important than rockets due to cost. When fighting a long war you need thousands of these 155s which cost about $800 a piece, as compared to rockets which cost thousands more. I think this is why the Kenyan Military planners have opted for the 155mm artillery gun instead of rockets. Anyways, great Job Kenya. Keep upgrading the military. You make us proud.
Kenya still lacks military hardwares. They should increase the budget to acquire modern sophisticated military machines as one measure of increase national security .
