So can we get all the mats from the transcendence system just clearing normal without clearing hard but slower?

you can get up to lv 3 transcend from just normal, lv4 and beyond requires hard 2 clear

prob not, if the debuff icon border is glowing it's uncleansable that's how you can figure it out
