Japanese Karate Grand Master 66 years old, Free weight Kumite State Champion in the U.S. in 1980, All Japan Kata Champion in 1991, Shitoryu World Kata Champion in France in 2005 introduces about importance of “Stretching”.
Doing Stretching enough is very important before starting practice Karate. It will help prevent getting injured through practice and effective to keep your body healthy and for anti-aging.
It is very good exercise, not only for Karate-ka, but also for people of all ages and both men and women.
