This is a lovely home. I would make 2 changes: Laundry room must be off Kitchen and AC vents would be in the ceilings. ☺

Oh I do like a laundry room right off the kitchen! We don't have those often enough here in America. In Europe (at least I hear) its super common to have the washer / dryer actually IN the kitchen. For smaller homes - I like that a lot actually.

I would think having the laundry room near the bedrooms is more convenient than carrying laundry up and down stairs.
