1:05 this part of the song is FASCINATING to me. I’ve never heard 5/4 be executed like this. it makes me feel almost lost listening to it, like I can’t quite grasp the rhythm, and that gives it a very unique vibe that makes me feel on-edge throughout the whole part. It’s genuinely so awesome, and it’s not something I’ve ever heard any other fnf song do.

Yeesh. No wonder I felt lost while playing that section. I just thought I wasn’t paying enough attention.
I don't really know anything about music or music theory, but I'm a lot more used to the 1:26 version of 5/4 where it's more like groups of 3+2, so it's so cool hearing the part at 1:05 where I can't seem to grasp a solid grouping like I can the other part. I think this part really helps give off the feeling that the dog is now much more of a threat and that his presence alone is much more overwhelming as he's now coming at you with murderous intent.
I was just listening to the full song and heard the metal pipe falling at 0:01 (listen extremely closely, it's overpowered by the Dog's attack to the screen)
The beginning to the part when dog starts singing is so fucking emotional and banger, I swear this is something no fnf song has done so far, this gets close to top tier best fnf song.

Going from 8-bit sounds to this was wild. One of the heaviest FnF songs I've heard, now I'm imagining it having heavy metal screams in the part the atonals come in.
The instrumental in this song is probably one of the best ones of any FNF song I've heard so far. Absolutely amazing work.

So true. It’s like my favourite part in P2 besides the beginning where The Dog first sings.
Also it sounds very similar to the heavy metal rock soundtrack used during the boss fight in the game which I think is what they were trying to emulate.
I love how the instrumental sounds like something you’d hear in Boneworks, kinda hinting at the theory of David possibly being Boneworks’ protagonist, Aurthor Ford.

its atonals the dog isnt really saying anything
As the other guy said, they're just random clips of words. Based on the credits of the mod, they are sampled from random voice clips of Willem Dafoe. Which role it was sampled from is as good a guess as any, but it sounds amazing.
After listening to the isolated clips, it sounds like some of the words are (in no particular order): "I'm", "going", "to", "time", "this", "you", and possibly "boy" and "destined". Other than that it's just a lot of vowel sounds and yelling.
I can hear "Ты запомнишь"on Russian coming from the dog. That means "you will remember". Or I might be just going crazy idk
