Newbie here…just got my machine 2 days ago. How do you know when to stop feeding the sandwich through the machine?
Welcome, Lynn! So glad you found my channel! You should never need to force your sandwich through. So as soon as you feel real resistance, stop and adjust your sandwich. Crackling noises are completely normal as that is simply the cutting edges hitting the cutting plates. Your cutting plates will get very “messy” over time, but will last for thousands and thousands of cuts. Hope that helps.
It bothers me to put things at an angel..but dang it works so much better
It does feel awkward to do, but so much smoother and less clunking.
