This is a rare TV performance of "Fisch im Wasser" from the selftitled debut album of the NINA HAGEN BAND, later to become famous without Nina as SPLIFF.

Because she wanted to do more than just punk and rock. They had musical differences. The Band was the best - I agree.

@@markusr7421 ...in fact from a certain point on she wanted more money than the others in the band. We also know that Nina gets bored with people really fast. ;) And her heavy drug use in 1979 did the rest. I can't imagine a musically more flexible collective than the four guys of Spliff back then...

Everybody in the "NinaHagenBand" - band was smoking weed back in the day, so, guess why they`ve named themselves "Spliff" , after I had left the band? 45 Jahre her Wahnsinn. Immer wieder schön Auschnitte von damals ohne PR-Berater, Manager etc. zu sehen die alles weichspülen bevor es jemand zu sehen bekam. Die Künstler noch super naiv und mega politisch. Da die Hitparade mit Heino und hier drüber wir am Hungertuch nagend.
