The BMW X3 M50 xDrive model stands out with its 293 kW/398 hp engine, providing dynamic performance and efficiency.
The exterior of the new 2025 BMW X3 is designed with distinctive proportions, highlighted by a large kidney grille and LED headlights with adaptive features. The sporty silhouette is enhanced by bold side skirts, a roofline extending into the rear, and flared wheel arches. The interior offers a blend of robust functionality and premium ambiance, with features such as a BMW Curved Display, BMW Interaction Bar, and various upholstery options including Econeer and BMW Individual Merino leather. The spacious cabin can accommodate up to 1,700 liters of load space, and the vehicle includes advanced semi-automated driving and parking systems as standard, enhancing convenience and safety.
Production of the new BMW X3 will take place at BMW Group Plant Spartanburg and Plant Rosslyn, with market launches in Europe and the USA starting in late 2024. The model offers a variety of customization options, including different paint finishes and wheel sizes. Standard features include electrically adjustable and heated sport seats, advanced climate control, and a comprehensive suite of digital services through BMW Operating System 9. The BMW X3 continues its legacy as a versatile and dynamic all-rounder, ready to meet the demands of everyday use, leisure activities, and long-distance trips.

This design could be a final heart massage for the dying BMW design line.
I love designers pushing the boundaries. Based on how many launches we get to see in our lifetime, it's refreshing to see such innovation coming to the fore. I work in manufacturing as a product manager, and personally, the most exciting moments are seeing what ideas R&D put together to address feedback and overcome problems to better UX. Incredible time to be alive. Love BMW. I trust one day, i get the chance to work alongside this great team & steller automotive brand.
No more side vents, less sportier look. Looks like a spaceship with the led grill.. order the old one as long as you can.
Take the worst parts of the XM, add it to the X3, job done.

you can see the cheap cost cutting in the interior. and to make it flashy and "new" they just tack on some led lights all over the place.

@@shadowrocky79 Good for you my dude! I certainly have not lived long enough yet to own 7 BMW's let alone 7 cars. Putting aside that fact no matter how "experienced" you are with your BMW's, it's naive to judge the quality of something you have seen just over a screen. I'm not saying you have to like the car's design, I am saying you cannot dismiss something without actually seeing it in person. To your final question, currently I drive a BMW 330i. Ironically I never much liked the 3 series until I sat in one, changed my opinion in a few minutes!

@@patatr4943 imo I prefere the last gen X1 f48 (might be biased cuz I own one 😂), but the new one is gorgeous, especially in that green color. G05 X5 is the best looking SUV BMW has ever made, it is so good looking and muscular. Honestly its my dream suv but too expensive.

Half-way compromise between the future Neue Klasse look and the iX/XM, and the current X3. My main gripe is the grille shape with the headlights - doesn't feel cohesive. If the inside headlights are angled, angle the grille too, particularly when they're that close together.

Like the camo version better. huh? disappointed to say the least G01 retro M40i looking better and better, or a Porsche. Is this a computer simulation? That would explain the cheap looking interior I guess. I was expecting 5 series interior quality like we got with the G01. Are they trying to maintain the price points with higher manufacturing costs? They ruined the first G01 with these tailights.
This looks.... ok actually. Still like the G01 better but this one is 'ok' compared to the recent new models... Thank you BMW for not ruining a great seller!

I believe parts of this are fake renders, that blinker stalk is pretty far from BMW design. And I don't think hazards can be capacitive.

This seems to be a throwback to a circa 1950 American station wagon. The height and width
is extremely close to many from this period. It just needs another foot in length.

It’s getting in fashion to hate about BMWs design recently.. and there is reason with some cars like the 7 series and thr iX. But the truth is that most of the lineup is super cool and this X3 looks absolutely gorgeous! Great stance, great presence, rugged and elegant at the same time. Love it

It looks modern, elegant, the front is trying a bit too hard to look sporty. The side is super clean and beautiful. Back lights are amazing and sharp looking. That giant screen is better integrated with the overall interior design but still it’s a result of cost cutting. However, I wonder whether it could compete against GLC and the upcoming Q5, this avant-garde design language failed to attract buyers for the new 5 series, unfortunately this new X3 has that 5 series vibe. Overall I think the GLC is the winner

no way! sheesh! it's out! love the way it looks! glad that they are still doing the kidney grills! love my RX500h but always something about the X3 that just makes it awesome! love the new X3! just wish they tucked in that rear wiper for a cleaner look! that rear end is nice and planted! and the interior looks modern without being too intrusive and distracting! at 2:32 love the way the car looks! Also glad they kept the Halo Energy Sword type of rear tail lights

Some people are hating that it looks like the X1 now but I've always preferred the X1 look over the X3. I'm also glad they fixed those God awful tail lights that are on the 2024 models. This design is way better and glad they're flush instead of protruding from the body lines.

Not a fan that the backup camera and trunk handle now sits super low. Not sure why they couldnt hide it in the badge,
Not a fan of the minimalist ID8 where many basic features have been nested in on screen menus. The actual features are not improved just revised in looks only
Genesis does the curved display better with continuous OLED and more customization.
Hopefully my LCI G01 increases in value in 2025.

I like the outside. Inside, it's dull, unengaging and feels like a big public bus. I like G01 LCI inside. It's a proper cockpit imo, this is like a bank in a bus.

Exterior wise, it is definitely an upgrade. I do have a 2018 BMW m40i and the exterior looks much more modern. The only downside is the interior. I absolutely can't stand digital touch controls, very difficult to use & believe they are distractions to drivers. I was hoping to get a new X3 but at this point, I will just wait for the new X5. I hope the new X5 comes with physical buttons and reclining rear seats

Vehicle Looks Amazing. Great Evolution of Current Design with Design Elements of Various BMWs. They should not all look similar or cookie cutter. People in the past all complained when you could not tell a difference form previous cars like the F platforms. i.e - C Class to S Cass - A4 to A8. Great job BMW!
